JUBILEE OF TREES
SOUTHERN UTAH VETERANS HOME
The Club frequently builds and donates a model railroad to the Jubilee of Trees for auction. Proceeds of the auction go to the St. George Regional Hospital. Click HERE to see this HO scale railroad's initial creation through final display.
In November 2014, the Veteran's Train was donated to the Southern Utah Veterans Home in Ivins, UT. Contributing to the Lionel Veterans Train were the CCMRRC, Dan Gearhart, SUVH Resident Council, and Avalon Health Care. Click HERE for more pictures.
THUNDER JUNCTION RAILROAD
Opened in October 2016, the universally accessible playground offers children the chance to play, grow, and learn side-by-side. All Abilities Park features the 1/4 scale Thunder Junction Railroad where several of our CCMRRC members have acted as Conductors and Engineers. Click HERE to meet volunteers in action.
